Roberto Galli graduated in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Milan and has been active for over twenty years in the construction and real estate development sectors, with cross-functional experience that combines design, project management, and support for investment decisions.
He collaborated with the studio of Architect Pagani and with the engineering firm of Eng. Galli in Bergamo, developing particular expertise in residential and industrial architecture. In the residential sector, he has overseen the design and development of projects of various scales — including single-family and multi-family villas, residential complexes, refurbishments, and redevelopment projects — with increasing focus on sustainable architecture: low-impact materials, thermal and hygrometric comfort, natural lighting, energy efficiency, building systems integration, and solutions aimed at enhancing residential well-being.
In the industrial sector, he has developed specific expertise in both production facilities and logistics assets. For logistics projects, he combines building design with a functional analysis of the end user’s flows and processes (operational layouts, handling, storage areas, docking, safety, access, and internal circulation), including the assessment of the operator’s management models and organizational requirements that directly affect the property’s configuration, performance, and flexibility.
As a shareholder in several real estate companies, he has taken part in the design and development of real estate transactions in Italy and abroad, with projects carried out in Milan, Bergamo, and Prague, following the phases of concept development, design, execution, and coordination of the main technical stakeholders.
In Syracuse, he actively collaborates with Calafiore Engineering S.r.l., contributing to design and development activities and providing technical support for local initiatives.
